VBAC Class and More!!
A VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) class is scheduled for February. Please see the EVENTS page for details.
Do you have trouble getting to meetings but would love to attend? If so, the March meeting is for you. We will be having a “roundtable” discussion on the risks and benefits of epidural anesthesia and you can attend from your very own computer. You must RSVP for this event so that instructions on how to join the webinar can be emailed to you.
April is Cesarean Awareness Month so please come out and show your support for all of the women in our community who’s lives have been impacted by cesareans. See the EVENTS page for details.

Is your December as crazy as mine? I am sure that we are all running ourselves ragged these days but everyone still has to eat, right? Why not come grab a bite to eat or a coffee with the ICAN ladies, find a little support and information that you’ve been needing and let your kids run around and get a little exercise! We will be meeting at the Pottstown McDonald’s on High Street (1428 E High Street, Pottstown, PA) at noon and will be there until about 1:30pm.
